Tell us how to reach you and which grades you are asking about. This takes about a minute — our enrollment office reviews every request and contacts you to complete the official application together.

This is a request to enroll, not the full application. We do not ask for your child’s name or date of birth here — only how to reach you. We collect your scholar’s details securely when we speak with you. The official application — including health, records, and signatures — is completed with our office, or you can download and print the full packet and bring it in.

How we use this information

This form collects your contact details and the grades you are asking about — nothing that identifies your child. We use it only to contact you about enrolling. It is not shared outside Higher Ground Academy except where required by law. Your scholar’s information is collected later, with our office. Higher Ground Academy is a tuition-free public charter school and does not discriminate in admissions.
